The focus of this position is in the crop sector where you will be engaged in advising farmers and other open space stakeholders. In addition, you will be deployed in the construction and follow-up of trial plots. This includes helping to develop trial protocols, taking samples, carrying out measurements and registrations, determining yields and interpreting results. You will be part of a team, making consultation and cooperation very important. Not only within the team but also with farmers or other parties involved in the research.

The focus of this position is in the animal sector where you will be engaged in the follow-up of tests. On the one hand, you will be deployed in rolling out research into emissions and the development of measurement systems for them. On the other hand, you will work on other animal-related research into, for example, alternative protein sources in animal feed or methods to reduce the impact of livestock farming on climate and the environment. You will be part of a team, making consultation and cooperation very important. Not only within the team but also with farmers or other parties involved in the research.

You have a central role in both the preparation of trials and the processing and analysis of research results, both in the plant and animal sector. You are a point of contact for setting up trial protocols and try to reach the best practical solution together with colleagues. You are able to draw statistically sound conclusions from large and small data files and present these in an insightful manner. You will play an important role in the team, making consultation and cooperation very important.
